The problem with Lighthouse is (I think, though I may well be wrong) that you can only have one collaborator/moderator on a free plan, and it's difficult for other people to create tickets. Certainly, the free plan with lighthouse is much more restrictive than the free plan for Assembla, which is specfically geared up for public, open source projects with lots of collaborators. I think we should see whether others like it or not after using it for a while and make a decision from there. FWIW, they were very responsive with support when I had a problem with the trac import script, and fixed it over Christmas!
