var/www/html) it does the same thing - I log in to https://my.host/tracks
, and once I successfully authenticate it redirects me to https://my.host/
It's not a major problem - I can just browse back to https://my.host/tracks
and get in fine now that I've authenticated, but it's a niggle!

With my passenger install, I did "mv .htaccess .htacces.bak". Perhaps
instead of being empty it shouldn't be there at all?
