Presumably whoever owns getontracks.org is on the tracks discussion list, and
can correct the web site?

It would also be nice if the site had some info about how to get the release
versions from version control. It has info about how to get the bleeding edge,
but not about how to get 1.7.1. Generally I like to use version control to
install and upgrade just for the convenience, rather than dealing with zipfiles.
