Generally I like to use version control > to install and upgrade just for the convenience, rather than dealing with > zipfiles. For that you need to know how to pull a tag using git. If you look on the GitHub page, and look at the 'Switch Tags' dropdown menu, you'll see the tag releases available. I guess we assume that if you know what you're doing with git, you'll know how to get the releases.
