Hello Everybody,
With this i make my first appereance on this list of tracks.
First of all thank everybody for this nice program, i have been in need
of
such one for a long time.
I am running tracks on my ubuntu server at home and so far its
performing pretty good.
But the reason i am here also are some ideas i brought with me.
I am using the german translation of tracks and found some descriptions
and
buttons using wordings i consider faulty.
So where would my spot to turn to and resolve them myself or tell
somebody else
what needs to be done from my view ?
The second thing i found was the organisation:
When i create a new task it is categorised in the "start" tab by the
context i used.
(Also i was told there is an autocompletition for terms i have already
used but that somehow does not work for me)
In my way of thinking this order scheme would more consist of:
Some main topics, eg "Work", "Family" , "Free time"
Then into each of these there are placed projects, eg "Buissnes with
customer XY", "summer holidays" , "RC aircraft"
And finally each projekt contains its little subtask wich are to be
fullfilled: eg "call Sales department regarding
former contracts", "email to secretary to arrange meeting with XY",
and so on.
In my way of thinking an order similar to this would be more clear,if
could see all my topics projekts and tasks in an similar manner
as the "start" tab.
Maybe that is already possible an i just missed a options tab.
But also if not i would like to get some feedback on that idea and help
on any advise and adjustments
i much appreciated.
