But while you are on your soapbox, let me point out that I am also a big advocate of Linux and the GPL, a big fan of people like bsag who create excellent open source software such as Tracks, and that most of the open source advocates I am friends with are British and politically left-wing. To them, the idea of a Class Action against a company who unilaterally reneges on a promise made to initial investors, without whom they might not have existed, would seem an appropriate measure. Which, according to Wikipedia, is already pending.
