Do we generally credit individuals in docs?
Normally I would not credit an individual in an RFC. However, in this
case DKG
articulated an attack that had not been described (AFAIK) in this
context, and
which does have implications for the CT. I'm not hard over on this
point, but
it seemed reasonable in this case.
