Pam, have you read the WEDI white paper on translation software? You sound like you are in the dilemma or whether to 'build or to buy'. I would suggest talking to your software vendor, if you have one, as well on this subject. Building an EDI translator gets interesting and I would imagine most of your responses would probably suggest buying an EDI translator. Good luck.
