I must say..my experience has been completely different. I was unable to
download the IG guides using Microsoft..it was only when I had Netscape
loaded that I could successfully download the guides. MIMI

Jan,
This is an interesting issue due to the fact WPC is from my
understanding paid by CMS to host these guides for the benefit of the
healthcare community.  I am sure you are aware there are ongoing
'issues' between Microsoft/Internet Explorer and AOL/Netscape
currently.

I contacted Steve Bass about the apparent difficulty in accessing the
Provider
Taxonomy web page and the problem is that it doesn't work for the
Netscape browser.
You must use Internet Explorer to be able to read the page.
