Jim Turner suggested it might be a browser problem which gave me the
idea of using MS-IE5 instead of Netscape and it worked perfectly.
I did not make any other attempt to diagnose the problem using Netscape
if there actually is one.

I also received a note from Stuart Beaton, VP at WPC, who said he
would pass my experience along to their WebMaster.
