concerning 1.3.2..... my question is if multiple 2200D can be submitted on 276. I know 277 can have multiple 2200Ds.

For example, the IG shows the STC segment at the claim level to be a Required segment, regardless of whether there is a Service-level (SVC) Inquiry involved.
