Sorry - I misunderstood the question. But the answer is the same. The Loop Repeat for the 2200D Loop in the 276 is >1. There can be as many as are applicable.

We use the Provider info, date(s) of service, original claim amount, service codes - generally, any and all information that comes in that helps us match the claim within our system. For example, the IG shows the STC segment at the claim level to be a Required segment, regardless of whether there is a Service-level (SVC) Inquiry involved.
