I'm trying to figure
out how (if) I can support the transmission of pre-existing conditions in the
834. The only thing that's close that I see is the Member Health
Information segment, but I don't think I'd be able to send, as an example,
diabetets as a pre-existing condition.
Or, could someone
point me to a more appropriate source for this question if this is not the
appropriate forum?
