Folks,   The 276 IG shows that we can receive multiple occurrences of Loop 2210D/E for a given Loop 2200D/E. The obvious implication, as I view it, is that each Service Line Information loop (Loop 2210D/E) must pertain to a Service Line on the claim identified in the Loop 2200D/E to which that particular Loop 2210D/E is subordinate. However, that is not stated explicitly, nor even hinted at anywhere I look in the IG. Is that indeed the intent, or is the Information Receiver free to request info about Service Lines on different claims within a single Loop 2200D/E?   Hal Scoggins SBPA Systems, Inc.
