Can somebody confirm:

    . Health Care Claim Status(and Category) Codes are time(release)
    dependent. Example: Status Code 8 - "No payment due to contract/plan
                                                                provisions"
    Related message : "Inactive as of ASC  X12 Version 4020. Refer to 107
                                  for new verbiage" 
    Let us suppose that a claim status inquiry is received next day after
    the change takes effect for a claim date = today - 2 weeks. We are
    planning to use code 107 and to ignore the claim date.
