If you've decided to implement a map/wrap solution what are you doing about your reporting systems? �For example, you may have systems slated for replacement where you implement a map/wrap solution and others you elected to remediate or purchase with fully HIPAA compliant codesets and content as your long term system solutions. �The output of both systems winds up in a data warehouse or other reporting type system you use for trend analysis, etc... �Are you remediating the reporting system to support HIPAA compliant codesets and content (e.g. field length expansions), or just opting to manage as is (even though you may have resulting truncated data and multiple codes representing the same content.)
