Hi!

I'd like to setup a proper bug/issue tracking system for transcode since
following MLs isn't exactly the most handful thing in the world.

Unfortunately, I can't provide this by my own, and I surely will not ask
Joern for more. I'm extremely thankful at Joern for supporting,
providing CVS, MLs and support, but I'm feel very guilty in asking
anything more.

So I'll not ask: I'm going to suggest to move at least partially development
in a free (as in free beer and as in free beer) service like berlios.de,
nongnu.org or sourceforge.net, to name a few.

I've heard quite a few complaints about sf.net, so I'm investigating
the berlios.de and nongnu.org alternatives. They looks quite nice yet.

I'm also very open to every other proposal. I see those base requirements:
- some web space, wiki is a plus.
- of course, CVS server (SVN preferred), git/mercurial/bazaar could be
  interesting too, as a plus.
- ML system avalaible (for future).
- at least bugzilla or any other issue tracking system. patch/feature request
system isn't strictly needed but would be really nice to have.
- FTP space and/or any other release support.
- english interface :P

What other people think?
