>From what I've seen, I like berlios (don't know nongnu.org). From what I
can tell, it features web space for the projects. Wikis are available too,
separately. CVS/SVN available as well as Files section (no more trouble
with private mirrors :) )(also great if this means that a transition to
svn is planned :D ).What I'm not exactly sure about is the bug tracking. Of 
course there are
sections to report bugs and upload patches but I cannot tell if it's as
powerful as a whole bugzilla. If not, maybe it could be installed by the
dev in charge himself on the available web space, dunno. Maybe a full
featured bugzilla isn't necessary, I can't tell..
