Implementation issues. ------------------------- I think a directory mode is only a special case of 'dir/*', which is a more flexible way of selecting files (e.g. dir/*.mpg). So we should focus on the '*.*' mode, as it includes the directory mode.
5. Designing future implementation ---------------------------------- I would like to see a plugin architecture similar to the import/export/filter plugin architecture. For that matter, output plugins would be nice too. Thomas Wehrspann
