I'm pretty sure there is no existing for it in transcode. But mencoder came to my mind, you could make use of MPlayer's edl feature[1] to skip unnecessary parts. Probably mencoder will honor these files too. Sebastian [1] http://www.mplayerhq.hu/DOCS/HTML/en/edl.html
