Short version: you've to upgrade to 1.0.6rc2 or, better, to 1.1.0beta0 :) (Slightly) Long(er) version: we've a version mismatch between transcode and libavcodec, which was fixed a while ago in (IIRC, I can't verify the changelogs right now) 1.0.5.
