The +- keys are available in all releases of mplayer. The mplayer +- buttons are used for viewing with mplayer. The solution described suggests viewing with mplayer and then using avisync and setting the delay based on the offset determined by using mplayer. Note that this mailing list is for Transcode, not mplayer or dvd::rip. You are exploiting the fact that we are friendier than the mplayer and dvd:rip people. Please use Transcode.
