Thanks, I searched a long time for it, but couldn't find it. Is this filter the only solution for linux? Asking without trying this filter ever. At the moment I am thinking of a correct workflow. The caputred avi-files exist already IMHO the next step would be to stabilize all the small clips. Is there a filter to optimize the colors automatically like it exists with imageprocessing software? After the clips are improved automatically, the next step would be to cut them. No idea, which software would be fine. Kdenlive looks good, but had big bugs here with the last version and I didn't test the newest version. Cinelerra has a reputation for professionals only. Then I would store the cut movie as avi (interlaced) again und transcode it to x264 in a mkv container or create a dvd. Any hints are welcome, if it is getting too offtopic your private mails are welcome. Al
