And did you add all the xml at the same time or did the Member package exist 
previously?

Maybe a cache issue?

 or (and I've done it before!) were editing the wrong xml file. ie is the xml 
file at /opt/www/htdocs/projects/mensclub/config/transfer/transfer.xml that is 
being read the same one as you are editing. To make sure remove the Member 
package and see if the error changes.

It looks fine... but you sure in your code you are calling it
correctly, remember it is case sensitive.
