Same here. I use IBO's and just beginning to use Transfer so not much help at the moment.
Without it in the core framework (and without thinking too deeply on it!) maybe a base decorator can be composed of an Iterator (thinking of Paul Marcotte's one here) with some delegate methods in the base decorator ie loadQuery() calls variables.Iterator.loadQuery() etc The you can just get a new TO, get a query, do a TO.loadQuery(myQuery) and then your views can do all the hasNext(), next(), setPage() etc. But as I'm totally naieve when it comes to Transfer at the moment I guess if it was this easy someone would have just done it!
