because it will certainly be very seriously considered.
You can run your own server, but I support vijay in saying that
having Pootle integrated into the KDE translation process would be a
big advantage in attracting volunteers, also in dealing with very
large files as a team. It distributes the task.
The idea is not to make any translation method compulsory, but to
offer more options. That way, you can use Pootle, your offline PO
editor, your text editor and anything else you like for as many files
as you please. More options, not less. :)
