The language specific display settings should apply seperately for the
translation and the interface (for people using different interface
language and target translation language). So the font used for the
display of the Vietnamese translations should always be correct. If not
we have to find out why. I still can't remember if Omniweb supported the
language selection from CSS as it should - this could also be relevant
in your specific case.

I am aware of the interface language bug. The issue is that if you
didn't log out and the server is restarted in the meanwhile (as it was
over the weekend), your session looses the interface language and
reverts back to the site default - sad but true. It is necessary to log
in again with the language preference.
