Dwayne started reorganising the pootle part of the wiki. The new base is
at http://translate.sourceforge.net/wiki/pootle/index but all the pages
mentioned above still need to be migrated / updated.

Unless making big changes to existing things (or you are publishing
outright lies ;-), I don't think anybody would object to adding straight
to the SourceForge wiki.
