I'd put every projects/files on a single language page. For each language: [Project] -------------------- [admin-functions if any] [stats] [%bar] `-+ [file1.po] ------------------- [editing functions] [stats] [%bar] `-+ [file2.po] ------------------- [editing functions] [stats] [%bar] The trick to make this "browsable" would be to use foldable headlines for projects. Something like what I'm using here: http://olpchaiti.org/interne/faq.php I'd also please for language/admin.html rather than one admin page per project. But I don't know Pootle that much, so maybe this doesn't make sense.
