G'day everyone Does anyone know what is the corresponding Toolkit command for what happens when a user uploads a PO file to Pootle using the "merge" option? I mean, if I want to to the same kind of merge operation offline, using the Translate Toolkit, what would the command be?
Is it perhaps a reverse pomerge operation? I mean, that in reality Pootle does not merge the uploaded file with the existing file, but the existing file with the uploaded file? (this would explain how the existing file can have priority). For this to work, Pootle has to first remove all untranslated and fuzzy strings from the existing file. Or does Pootle not use the Toolkit for the merge function? I look forward to your response.
