I apologize for apparently sending the first mail in this thread to
Freidel instead of to the list. I am used to mail from the list going to
the list when I hit reply.

On the opening webpage are listed the following languages:

Languages
Afrikaans, Albanian, Arabic, Basque, Catalan; Valencian, Chinese
(China), Chinese (Taiwan), Czech, Danish, Dutch; Flemish, English,
English (South Africa), Estonian, Finnish, French, Friulian, Galician,

Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Sotho, Southern, Spanish;
Castilian, Swedish, Tagalog, Telugu, Templates, Turkish, Ukrainian,
Vietnamese, Wolof

On opening http://pootle.locamotion.org/, also listed as 1.2.1 I see :

Languages
Afrikaans, Akan, Albanian, Amharic, Arabic, Armenian, Azerbaijani,
Basque, Belarusian, Bengali, Bosnian, Breton, Bulgarian, Bulu, Catalan;
Valencian, Chinese (China), Chinese (Hong Kong), Chinese (Taiwan),

Templates, Thai, Tibetan, Tsonga, Tswana, Turkish, Turkmen, Ukrainian,

Not only does the other have nearly twice the languages of mine, but all
importantly it has Thai!

What's up? Shouldn't the version number indicate the vast difference
between these versions? And where can I get the "good" one?
