In the pootle.prefs file (/etc/pootle/pootle.prefs) you can see all the
languages enabled on your Pootle server. A few extras are in comments
starting with '#' - these are not enabled. You can add Thai there and
restart the server.

If you have your siteadmin account configured, you can alternatively add
the language in the admin interface in the languages section.

You need to specify the language code and name. For a start, you can
consider the other fields optional.
