Hello,

We are thinking about using Pootle in our project written in java.
Currently, all our translation files are handled as .properties files in
our subversion repository.

Right now, I am asking myself how to make Pootle work efficiently with
our translations in the svn repository. I am thinking about periodically
fetching latest changes from the master .properties file and merge
changed strings to localized .po in pootle with prop2po and pot2po.
But I don't know how to change back to .properties before commiting.

I've seen that Mozootle has support for commiting hooks. Will it also be
present in 1.3 release?
Is it better for our project to wait until version 1.3 is released? When
would that be?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Best regards,
Martin
