How did you install Pootle? It could be that the static JavaScript files
are not loading at all. I'm not sure if that would show in the
JavaScript console. Can you check the HTML source for where the
JavaScript files are included, and check that the web browser can access
them at the given URLs? It might be a misconfiguration with regards to
serving the static content.
