It's unfortunate that this service will be going away, but it is true that 
Jacek hasn't really been able to keep it up to date.

Some of the languages provided through open-tran.eu are hosted externally for 
performance reasons; it isn't clear whether they will continue in any fashion 
after 2014-01-31, or whether their contents will be maintained or updated in 
any way even if they do.  More information may be forthcoming at the Open-Tran 
google group: http://groups.google.com/group/open-tran
