Hi,

Why do I need to add the template language to the list of languages in order to be able to update against templates?

The situation is this:

The POT file contains texts from my project that are written by the developers. Not all texts are well-written English, so I want those texts only to be the source for the translations. English will be added to supply correctly written English texts to the website. So I created a new language called 'source', where I store the POT file. 'source' is used as a template for the project. But without also adding 'source' to the project's languages, I cannot update the other languages from the POT file.

But now, 'source' shows up in the Overview and dropdowns, which is confusing for my translators.

Could you consider improving the template system in the future?

With best regards,

Edwin Boersma
