I miss such official pages for a long time. I collected some information what I remember from the last releases and from the current release of OOo3.2 and was in discussion with some community members. I do not think, that the lists are complete or fulfill all dependencies (e.g. what is needed for Distros who want to integrate a vanilla OOo?). But the following sites should be start to get rules for showstoppers and our releases.
