Thank you for asking. As Jammy also has this issue with translation in language-pack-gnome-uk- base (language-pack-gnome-uk) (an issue introduced in 2016), I expect lang-o-matic will also build language-pack-gnome-uk for Jammy - it is still not in EOL and not in ESM.
I am not expecting an update of the package mentioned for Focal Bionic Xenial, as they are in ESM and are unlikely to have a language-pack-gnome-uk update. I tried to reproduce it in Xenial today, but it looks like I should put much more effort into smbclient configuration to make the smb share work, and it's barely worth the effort. But for Jammy, it looks like it is stuck again on one of the packages... Maybe I should update my expectations and read a manual about the process. I will read https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Specs/LanguagePackUpdatesSchedule meanwhile. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Translators Packages, which is subscribed to language-pack-gnome-uk-base in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2098841 Title: Incorrect nautilus translation Status in Ubuntu Translations: New Status in language-pack-gnome-uk-base package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: The issue was described upstream on https://discourse.gnome.org/t/nautilus-ukrainian-translation-is- broken-i-am-triaged-it-until-48-alpha-from-flatpak-and-it-is-working- there but is a launchpad translation problem Specifically https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/plucky/+source/nautilus/+pots/nautilus/uk/429/+translate Preparing to move %'d file is translated on launchpad as Підготовлення до переміщення #x27;d файлу where upstream is Підготовлення до переміщення %'d файла the 'x27;' is buggy, someone from the uk translation team needs to select the upstream variant of those translations To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-translations/+bug/2098841/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~translators-packages Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~translators-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
