Generally speaking, I'd love to see people step up and translate as much of our website as possible. If people are not interested in directly translating what's there, maintaining a foreign language page on our site would be my next choice. If people are not interested in doing that, linking to a third party site seems okay to me, as long as we're clear that it's not official.
