Looks like there isn't one. There isn't one in ISO639-2, that the ISO639-2 page ultimately points me to either http://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/php/code_list.php which does not have Venetian, or http://www.iana.org/assignments/language-subtag-registry which lists "vec" as its only code.
