Here are some inputs. California has comprehensive earthquake requirement for telecom installations.There are also well written earthquake specifications by Bell Core or the Baby Bells. As for Environmental tests and "Rattle Shake and Roll" testing there are national and international specifications which also include Transportation Specs. Recommend that you talk to your Homologation people for details.
