I have a K1197 and would love to know about this too.. The instrument has analog output and may only need an audio enalyzer but a calibrated measurement system would be nice... >From: Jim Taylor <[email protected]> >Subject: K1197 and encoded analog content > >Hi all, > >Is anyone aware of a company called CSL (Conformance Standards...???)? >Apparently, they manufacture a product called the Digital Voice Adapter >which can be used in conjunction with a Siemens K1197 protocol analyzer to >extract the encoded analog content out of the PCM stream. A product like this greatly enhances the value of the K1197 as >you can do EU conformance testing plus perform encoded analog measurements >where required (North America, Australia....).
