Does anyone know if the US has any regulations concerning the
notification (beep, tone, etc.) given to a caller when the
conversation is being recorded?
I believe that AUSTEL has these requirements included in their telecom
standards. Is this requirement contained in FCC Part 68? or some
other US regulations?
