Hi Ken I have been after the same information for a week or two now. I called FCC and left a message for Bill Von Alven. He directed me to Bob Spangler and bob gave me some document names and numbers. He advised me to call ITS, a document copy contractor. I am trying to get these documents. 1. Vol. 11 of FCC reports (1947 Document) - Page 1033 2. Vol. 12 of FCC reports (1947 Document) - Page 1005 3. Vol. 12 of FCC reports (1948 Document) - Page 1008 Bob told me that one of the following rules should be followed in order to record a conversation. 1. Mutual Consent 2.
