There is an ANSI Specification, ANSI T1.413 that covers ADSL.
FCC Part 68 currently does not cover ADSL.(Significant power at
frequencies greater than 4 kHz is not supposed to be on a normal POTS
circuit.)
Designing to meet 68.302,68.304,68.306,68.310 and 68.312 is still a
good idea.

Does anybody know the regulation that would relate to ADSL products in
the US? I am just assuming that FCC part 68 would apply.
