Just to give you an update..... I currently have 31 responses (if you have not responded please do ASAP).
Answers have ranged from "the limit is the limit" to the best engineers make 10. For stats hounds like me (must be the math degree) the average is sitting at 3.87 at the moment. Keep the reponses coming. I'll leave it open until mid next week incase some people have been traveling or leave non work email until the weekend. Thanks for the input so far it's been great.
