TREGers; Besides the usual Product Safety and EMC testing and certifications, what is required to ship cable modems, intended to be connected to the local cable company's cable system, from a cable, public utility, telco point of view? I am especially interested in the following countries: Japan Australia Finland France UK
P.S. Is the UK allowed 56 bit encryption (DES)? The rest of world (except Canada) can't have more than 40 bits. Am I right? Thanx in advance, Hans T. Mellberg EMC Consultant
