I might be jumping the gun here, but does anyone know how the FCC is planning on handling the telcom issues related to testing the new speeds. I know that I need to come up with a reasonable test setup on my side of things. (I can just see it now, 'okay lets setup the CO and the digital link' :) )
Since most companies are pushing for a rapid deployment of the new speed how is the FCC responding? Charles [email protected] (soon to have 56k!)
