I haven't seen any new standards for Return Loss since the G.703 or
(was it G.704) for the standard 120 ohm balanced requirement. Austel
has the same curve. The template starts at about 50kHz at 12dB. At
102kHz it jumps to 18db. Then at 2048kHz it drops to 14dB to about
3.1MHz. Not sure about France and Germany.
