I think this refers to the MLT (Metallic Loop Testing) requirements for BRI ISDN. I'm trying to figure out the details. It is described in Bellcore TR-NWT-000397, which refers to TR-TSY-000821. I am trying to decide whether this is required for proper operation in the US, or is it just a nice thing to have?
